The pottery school at Sanda Togei no Mori offers a "hand-building course" and
We offer a potter's wheel course.
You can take the course at your own convenience without any hassle.

The potter's wheel can accommodate up to 10 people at the same time, and there is ample space for hand-shaping.

We have a wide selection of tools and glazes, so you can start empty-handed.

After a brief lecture, you can start working on your favorite piece and ask as many questions as you like to improve your skills.

No matter how dry the clay is, you can always try again before baking it. Don't be afraid to try again and again.

If you have something you want to make, please bring along a photo so we can better explain how to approach it .

When you enroll, you will be asked to choose the day and time you would like to attend, but if a day is inconvenient for you, you can reschedule your class up until the following month.

It's okay if the day of the week or time of day changes.

There are two or four sessions per month, and you can also add more sessions.
Hand-Forming Course

2 times a month: 5,000 yen

4 times a month: 8,000 yen

2,000 yen for each additional lesson
Wheel Throwing Course

2 times a month: 6,000 yen

4 times a month: 10,000 yen

2,500 yen for each additional lesson

Locker Rental (optional) ¥700/month
Schedule Available every day except Monday *Closed on Mondays regardless of holidays

Morning Session: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Afternoon Session: 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
